Graduate Fashion Week was launched in 1991 as a forum to showcase the very best BA graduate fashion design talent in the UK. As always, the event attracts fashion scouts from the UK and overseas, all looking for that unique quirky Britishness that has helped to make some of the worlds most famous design houses the success they are today.

This year GFW will be celebrating its 20th anniversary and will be held from Sunday 5th June to Thursday 8th June 2011. The event features over 50 of the top fashion and textile universities in the UK and overseas, including MMU. It includes a static exhibition and two theatres hosting 20 shows.
